We require a lively Design and Technology teacher for January who can teach Food at KS3 and 4 but also able to offer at least one other material such as Graphics/Resistant Materials at KS3.
The Design and Technology Department is well established, innovative and enthusiastic. Pupils are taught in a rotation system which includes food, textiles, graphics, resistant materials and encompasses CAD and CAM. There are good schemes of work and assessment procedures in place. Resources are very good, all rooms are equipped with electronic whiteboards and the department has its own 30 computer facilities. It also has good technical support. We welcome new ideas and work closely as a team.
